After having been a loyal Rogers customer for over 30 years,while the behemoth of a company continued to be allowed to become an ever increasing monolpoly, I am absolutely delighted with my decision to follw through with my "divorce" and am delighted with being able to enjoy the marvels of the sopohisticated technology and a business model which cuts out all the "nonsense" with a much saimplifis _ed business model, and my bills have literally been reduced by at least 50- 60% and I am more than happy to give by business to a well deserving company and I would strongly recommend having the courage to take the plunge... after which there will be no looking backback .....

like behavior despite their better judgement is astounding to behold.... and the comments in the youtube video are indeed valid when it comes to our herd like behavior in simply "going with the flowwe need more small and medium sized companies to really give the stuffy old establishment corporations a good "shake up " and make them more deserving of our business !!!

The Canadian public needs to learn to insist on improved customer service at more reasonable prices....with improved accountability so that the "fat cats" not be allowed to "rest on their laurels and simply assume that one's business and loyalty are taken for granted while monopolies be allowed to devour smaller companies

Really great value and excellent service so far.  I am thrilled that there is no contract or stupid time-limited pricing.  Repeated tests on the connection have revealed no issues and I'm getting the advertised speeds.

Getting set up was ridiculously easy and the customer service people I spoke with were both friendly and helpful.  I had to call in a few times with questions and I never had to wait very long on the phone.  Same for the live chat.

I love that it is a local company so it was simple to go and pickup the modem right from the office on the same day as setup.
